Aletora U.S. currently ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and to the following international locations: Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.
Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Guam) is unavailable at this time.
Please be advised that orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada are not eligible for Beauty Insider free shipping benefits, offers requiring a promotion code, or free returns.
Shop the U.S. site and select the country you would like to ship to on the My Basket page. Your order total will then appear in the destination country’s currency for checkout. Order totals are guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed.
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We are unable to accept debit cards or American Express Corporate cards at this time. Gift cards and eGift certificates are not available for purchase or redemption online at this time. When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed. Your credit card will be billed by our partner, Borderfree, within 72 hours of placing your order. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city/province/territory names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card. If you have placed an order online you can view information on your order within the My Account section of the site. If you do not see your order displayed in this section then it was not placed and you must return to your Shopping Basket and complete the Checkout process again.
Orders must be placed by 17:00 (5:00PM) GMT to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Certain items considered hazardous materials including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted to ground-only transport, due to air transportation restrictions and regulations. These items will not be eligible for international shipment.

If you are not completely satisfied with a Aletora purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for Aletora.com purchases. In all cases, products must be returned in new or gently used condition.
Return of Online Purchases by Mail
Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded.Step 1: Fill out the Return Form on your packing slip.
Step 2: Contact Aletora Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, return instructions, and return mailing address.
Step 3: Clearly print the return mailing address, including your RA number on your package and on your Return Form.
Step 4: Place your merchandise in the original shipping box. If the original packaging is not available, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage in transit. Return the package to us using the delivery service of your choice. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
Returns must be received within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Gift Returns and Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer gift returns or exchanges for returned products at this time.
